How to Make White Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Strawberry season quickly approaches and when these bright red berries are ripe and juicy, nothing could be sweeter! My sister Kathy has a farm in Michigan where they grow strawberries, blueberries, corn, apples, and more. I remember picking strawberries out of the patch and eating them right then and there in her field in Michigan. Heaven! No need to buy not-quite-ripened strawberries at the store. I had a craving for these sweet beauties the other day and grabbed some out of the organic aisle. I thought I’d take it one step further and show how to make white chocolate covered strawberries! Mmm, mmm, good!
