Charming Home Tour ~ Cedar Hill’s City House

This past week I’ve been up to my eyeballs in Christmas decor, with a goal of getting all the halls decked before Thanksgiving. Why so early? Because the week after Thanksgiving I’m joining a virtual holiday house walk with about 30 other bloggers. But for now, I’m turning an admiring eye toward Anita’s city house at Cedar Hill Farmhouse.

A few months ago I featured Anita’s ranch home, and today you get to tour her city home!

True to style, Anita fills her home with beautiful French Country style.

 

Anita’s charming home is decorated with gorgeous neutrals and linen slip covered furniture.

Warm woods pair seamlessly with textiles in the living room.

 

Anita’s elegant dining room has plenty of natural light streaming through the windows.

A pretty patterned rug provides warmth underfoot and flounced seat covers add a bit of romance.

 

Gorgeous hardwood floors grace Anita’s amazing kitchen with its chandeliers, glass front cabinets, and oversized refrigerator.

 

Anita incorporated quality finishes in her new French Country kitchen.

Puppy seems pretty happy with the new home, too.

 

I had the pleasure of following the construction process of Anita’s new home on her blog.

I remember seeing these gorgeous doors she chose for her charming study.

Aren’t they fabulous? I love her bamboo rug too (I have 2 just like it)!

Architectural details, soft textiles, and rich hardwood floors combine to create a peaceful master bedroom. Anita has a true gift for gracing her home with unique items, like the ornate sconces you see above the bed.
